Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Unsweetened apple juice
1/3 Cup(s) Liquid honey
2 Tablespoon(s) Granulated Sugar
3 Cup(s) Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 Golden Delicious apple
peeled and chopped
1 Cinnamon stick
Directions:
In saucepan, bring apple juice, honey and sugar to boil. Add
cranberries, apple and cinnamon stick. Reduce heat to medium; cook,
stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until sauce is thick
enough to mound on spoon. Let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate
for about 1 hour or until chilled. Discard cinnamon stick.
(Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
