Ingredients:
5 Cup(s) Chopped or sliced raw apples
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1 Cup(s) Flour
1 Cup(s) Brown sugar
1 Cup(s) Quick oatmeal
1 Stick butter, melted
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) SODA
1 Pinch(s) Salt
Directions:
Place raw apples in 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar &
cinnamon. Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter, baking powder, soda
& salt. Spread over apples. Pat smooth. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Serve
warm with lemon sauce, ice cream or whipped topping. (Our favorite way
is with ice cream, but you need to cut down a little on the sugar if
