Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 Cup(s) Whole bran cereal
1/3 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1/3 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ginger
1/2 Cup(s) Butter or margarine
1 Regular butterscotch pudding
mix 4 oz pkg.
1 1/4 Cup(s) Milk
22 Ounce(s) Apple pie filling
1 Teaspoon(s) Finely shredded lemon peel
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix oats, cereal, flour, sugar, soda and spices. Cut in butter or
margarine until crumbly. Pat half the mixture into a 8x8x2 inch baking
dish. Bake in 350~ oven 10 minutes. Prepare pudding mix according to
package directions except use the 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over crumb
layer. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over pudding. Top with
remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered, in 350~ oven 30 to 35 minutes.
