Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
4 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1 Egg, beaten
1 Cup(s) Milk
1/3 Cup(s) Oil
3/4 up to
1 Cup(s) Peeled, chopped apples
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry
mixture; stir just to moisten. Add apples and mix. Fill greased muffin
cups 2/3 full. Do not use cupcake papers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Serve with honey. Add more sugar if not served with honey. Makes 12.
