Ingredients:
5 Green apples, cored peeled
chopped
1 Cup(s) Dried peaches
1 Cup(s) Dried apricots
1/2 Cup(s) Golden raisins
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Cup(s) Wine Vinegar
2 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Red chili pepper, ground
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat
and simmer for 30 minutes. Place in food processer and lightly process
so that there are chunks about 1/2 inch in size. Place in glass
container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days. Recipe
