Ingredients:
1 Prepackaged 9 inch quiche
shell
1/3 Cup(s) Raisins
3 Apples
2 Eggs
1 Cup(s) Whipping cream
1/2 Cup(s) Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Directions:
Sprinkle raisins on bottom of quiche shell. Peel, core and slice
apples; arrange over raisins. Whisk eggs, cream, sugar and cinnamon
until mixed; pour over apples. Bake in 375øF oven for 50 minutes or
until nearly firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving or serve at
room temperature. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
