2 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Raw apples, grated
2 Cup(s) All purpose flour
1/2 Cup(s) Nuts, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
Directions:
Beat shortening, sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy. Sift
dry ingredients together; add alternately with grated apples. Add
nuts. The batter will be stiff. Turn into greased and floured loaf
