Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Flour, self-rising
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon, Ground
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 Cup(s) Applesauce
1/2 Cup(s) Milk
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/4 Cup(s) Oil, salad
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients; add
to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased
muffin pans two-thirds full. Bkae at 425 degrees about 20 to 25
