Ingredients:
175 Gram(s) Butter, 6oz
25 Gram(s) Golden syrup, 1oz
125 Gram(s) Light soft brown sugar

250 Gram(s) Porridge oats, 8oz
50 Gram(s) Pumpkin seeds, 2oz
50 Gram(s) Dried, ready to eat

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4. Grease an 18 x 28cm (7 x
11 inch) swiss roll tin. Melt the butter and syrup together in a
saucepan, add the remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture into the
tin and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into fingers and carefully remove
