Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Flour
1 1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) SODA
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Egg
2 Tablespoon(s) COOKING OIL
3/4 Cup(s) Apricot nectar
2 Cup(s) Dried Apricots, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Pecans, chopped
Servings.
Directions:
Apricot-Pecan Loaf Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, &
salt. Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots &
pecans. Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1
hour. Cool & slice. From the New Orleans Times-Picayune Cooking
