2 Cup(s) Cooked orzo pasta
1 Cup(s) Finely diced crunchy fennel
1 Cup(s) Slivered roasted red peppers
1/4 Cup(s) Finely sliced black pitted
Olives
1/2 Cup(s) Packed Italian parsley
chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Dressing made with olive
oil balsamic vinegar
Garlic
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper
Crumbled goat or feta cheese
for garnish
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper; garnish
