Ingredients:
2 Frozen cut asparagas
Thawed, 10 ounces each
1 Pound(s) Fully cooked ham, chopped
2 Cup(s) Shredded swiss cheese, 8
Oz), Oz
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped onion
6 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Milk
1 1/2 Cup(s) Buttermilk baking mix
2 Tablespoon(s) Dried vegetable flakes
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions:
In two greased 9-in. pie plates, layer the asparagas, ham, cheese and
onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Divide in half and pour over asparagas mixture in each pie plate. Bake
at 375 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes
