Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
1 Cup(s) Broccoli flowerets
1 Cup(s) Cauliflower flowerets
1/2 Cup(s) Celery, chopped
2 Red delicious apples
chopped not peeled
1/2 Cup(s) Plain lowfat yogurt
Strained
4 Tablespoon(s) Orange juice
1 Artificial sweetener
Directions:
Mix yogurt, orange juice, and artificial sweetener. Pour over
vegetables and mix. That's it. I use strained yogurt but the original
