Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) Cooked red lentils
1 Cup(s) Mashed potatoes
1 Cup(s) Pumpkin, mashed with the
Potatoes
1 Cup(s) Carrot, mashed with the
1/2 Cup(s) Sesame seeds
1/2 Cup(s) Almonds, ground
3/4 Cup(s) Grated carrot
1/2 Cup(s) Firm tofu, mashed
Tamari and pepper to season
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mold into
patties and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Serve
