Ingredients:
1/3 Cup(s) Butter
1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoon(s) Heavy cream
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/2 Cup(s) Flour
4 Tablespoon(s) Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Cup(s) Coconut
6 Vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add the well-beaten eggs, cream and vanilla.
Sift the dry ingredients, and add to the first mixture. Add the
coconut and wafers. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on a greased
cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven until brown on top. 8-10
