Ingredients:
15 Ounce(s) Pumpkin, canned
2 Cup(s) Flour
1 3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) SODA
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Orange peel
1 Cup(s) Oil
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup(s) Pecans, chopped
3 Ounce(s) Cream cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Margarine
2 Teaspoon(s) Orange juice
2 Cup(s) Powdered sugar
Directions:
Grease 15x10" baking pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients except
raisins and nuts. Blend 2 minutes. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread
evenly in pan. Bake at 350~ for 25-30 minutes or until inserted
toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Frosting. In small bowl, beat cream
cheese, margarine and orange juice. Gradually beat in powdered sugar
