Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Heavy cream
1 Haas avocado, pitted and
peeled
3/4 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 Pinch(s) Salt and white pepper
1 Pound(s) Cheese or meat filled
tortellini
Directions:
Put the cream in a medium saucepan or skillet over moderate heat.
Meanwhile, in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree the
avocado with the parmesan cheese, lemon juice, slat and pepper. When
the cream is hot but not boiling, stir in the avocado mixture.
