I posed a recent problem here relating to a text rotation example offered
with FBII. I could not change the background of the rectangle which
contained the text to be rotated. I managed to stumble on a solution by
manipulating the variables in two of the lines of code.

CALL COPYBITS(#offGWorld&+2,#oldPort&+2,rectT,TxtRect,0,0)

and

FN RotateTextBox (Txt$, rect, 2, Font, Size, 3 ,7)

I modified the copy mode value (the second to the last zero) in the
COPYBITS instruction to 3 and changed the FrmC value (3) to 8. The result
gave me text in white on a dark background (roughly teal) that had been
nicely rotated 90 degrees.

This is a very nice routine and is working well in my program. Thanks to
the author whoever you might be.

Regards and best wishes,
