"This has just been repaired" is develop-ese for "I've changed the code in
my development environment and the bug is fixed." This doesn't mean the fix
is immediately available for distribution. My guess is Staz will deliver
most(if not all) of the fixes in the 1.0 release and I can't blame him
since it becomes a maintenance nightmare trying to figure out which base
levels your customers are using if the fixes are made GA as they are fixed.
