The other major program which is often used to accomplish this is 
Vicom's Internet Gateway, now at version 6.5.  It is a bit easier to 
set up, but is a more expensive program.

Either will work with a cable modem.  Vicom takes about 5 minutes to 
set up (I use it).

Both are reviewed in the January 2000 Mac World magazine.
