The Toast Help says that if you are copying an entire volume to a new CD, you 
will have an option to select an application to auto-launch when the CD is 
inserted. Of course for it to work the end user will have to have the QuickTime 
setting "Enable CD-ROM Autoplay" turned on as someone else mentioned which I 
think most people keep turned off. I keep mine off for data CDs, but leave 
Audio CD autoplay on.
