I ran a small demo. From your description it sounds like the editor launches but only when you try to compile does it fail. BTW: many other FBers are running this non-universal in Leopard. Please try the following: 1) Launch the FB editor (the one labeled 'FutureBASIC') 2) From the FILE menu select NEW - this should result in an empty document window 3) In the empty document window type the following code: '------------ dim as long x x = 25 print x do handleevents until gFBquit '----------- 4) From the COMMAND menu select the CHECK option. Save the file when prompted (anywhere you like) Please report back which of these steps fail. Brian S.
