Bob, That is a great question. And its not just the "Rookies" who  
would like to know this. Way back I guess it was kind of simple. We'd  
create files that had things in them that we knew we were using and  
we'd include them. Of late its gotten much more complex and there are  
probably only a handful of people on this list that really know what  
to include and when; so I imagine we probably end up including lots  
of stuff that we don't really need in a specific situation. At some  
point, I thought code that was not used was weeded out when we built  
applications, so it really didn't hurt to include almost everything.  
I don't know if that is the case now. ANYONE?
