Steve's hit the nail on the head with the problem (thanks Steve).

To anyone using CFIndex.incl: The header is (should be) set to  
override FB's index$ runtime, so you can use FB's normal index$  
commands and they will be routed through to the relevant function.  
Also, CFIndex.incl is not yet FBtoC compatible (I'm working on it).  
Until it's ready, when FBtoCing an app that uses CFIndex.incl,  
conditionally compile it out with:

#if ndef _FBtoC
include "CFIndex.incl"
#endif// ndef _FBtoC

Note: fn CFIndexSort does not work in the current version of FBtoC  
(1.0.1 build 129) and earlier.
