The FBtoC team has decided that development of FB from now on will be 'maintenance only'. No new features will be implemented.

Releases will continue to be provided periodically but will include only:
- bug fixes.
- changes for compatibility with future OS versions, to the extent possible.
- minor improvements in translated C code.
