Brian,

Good eyes on FB being pointed to the Xcode 3 folder. I had been using it for some legacy stuff.

But now I have a real problem, pointing FBtoC preferences back to the correct developer folder (Xcode 4.6.2 properly installed in the Applications folder):

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

won't allow FB to compile.

I have the latest Xcode command line tools installed for my OS which is Lion), and all the Xcode updates are done. I have rebooted. But, depending on the compiler in the FBtoC prefs, all I get are error messages:

For instance, choosing clang for a simple "hello world" program generates this error:

The compiler specified by build settings could not be found:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/clang

If I choose llvm-gcc 4.2 I get:

Error: The SDK specified by build settings could not be found:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk

if I choose gcc 4.2 I get:

Error: The compiler specified by build settings could not be found:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/gcc-4.2

As of this moment I'm dead in the water.

Ken
