Tried MoveWindow(), and MoveWindowStructure() before showing, but it activates the window, and you see it at the wrong location as a blip, then it shows up at the right location, flickering the editor window. Aesthetically unacceptable.
So, went back to the prior way of not really closing the widget at widget close, which solves half the problem, but only for that session.
Since I hide the window on close, the next time is fine since the window already exists at the user placed position, but would have to be re-moved first time used, any time the editor is fired up again. Which is functional, but annoying more than it should be.

Now if you move the editor window from it's default top left location, then use the toolbar button, the widget window will build at exact top left of the screen instead, each time (where the editor window was before)
Which makes me wonder if some kind of window positioning handler is running amok.
I am on a dual monitor system but shouldn't be a factor since they build correctly otherwise.
