'SHIFT COMMAND +' is a standard key combination in some browsers( at least in Safari and Firefox ) for enlarging fonts. AFAIK, Apple's help utilizes browser code( maybe from WebKit - that's just a guess ) to display help ( and FB utilizes Apple's help ). It is something I tried knowing the underlying connection and hoping it would work with the FB Help window ( which is a window Apple provides and not FB - FB only supplies the content for it ).

FB's help files are standard text-based html files that should open in any browser. There is nothing FB can do to change how Safari interprets them.

Glad to hear the workarounds were helpful.
