Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Sole fillets
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Tablespoon(s) Paprika
1/3 Cup(s) Milk
1 3 1/2oz sliced almonds
chopped but not ground
3 Tablespoon(s) Butter
4 Fresh lime
Directions:
Sprinkle sole with pepper & paprika. Dip sole in milk; coat both sides
with almonds. Melt butter in skillet over med high heat. Arrange
fillets on bottom of pan, close together but not overlapping. Fry
about 5-7 minutes, turning once until almonds are golden brown on both
sides & fish flakes easily with fork. Use spatula to transfer to
serving platter. Arrange lime slices on top. File
