Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Orange juice
1 Cup(s) Frozen peaches
1 Peeled banana, cut into 1"
chunks and frozen
2 Tablespoon(s) Slivered almonds, toasted *
Directions:
Add juice to electric blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend
until smooth. Servings: 1 (2-cup) or 2 (1 cup) To toast almonds,
spread in an ungreased baking pan. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 to
10 minutes or until almonds are light brown; stir once or twice to
ensure even browning. Note that almonds will continue to brown
slightly after removing from oven. (PER SERVING: 354 Calories; 10 g
Fat; 0 mg Cholesterol; 5 mg Sodium; 66 g Carbohydrate; 7 g Fiber; 7 g
