Ingredients:
1 JELL-O sugar-free instant
chocolate 4-serving
pudding mix
2/3 Cup(s) Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
powder
2 Cup(s) Crushed pineapple, packed in
fruit
juice undrained
two 8-ounce cans
1/2 Cup(s) Cool Whip Free
1 Teaspoon(s) Coconut Extract
1 Keebler chocolate pie crust
6-ounce
2 Tablespoon(s) Flaked coconut
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry millk powder. Add
undrained pineapple. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip
Free and coconut extract. Evenly spread mixture into pie crust.
Sprinkle coconut evenly over top. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Cut into 8 servings. HINT: Good topped with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip
Lite, but don't forget to count the few additional calories.
