Mix
14 Ounce(s) Newman Sockaronni sauce
2 Cup(s) Crushed saltines
9 Ounce(s) Crushed Tortilla Chips
2 Cup(s) Cooked hot rice
1 Head thin sliced lettuce
2 Cup(s) Diced tomatoes
1 Cup(s) Chopped carrots
1 Cup(s) Onions
1 Cup(s) Sunflower seeds
1 Cup(s) Sliced ripe olives
1 Cup(s) Diced green peppers
1 Cup(s) Diced celery
1 1/2 Cup(s) Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup(s) Crumbled cooked bacon

Directions:
In skillet, brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Add Sockarooni
sauce; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until
most of the liquid evaporates. Mix crushed crackers & tortilla chips
in bowl. Place ground beef mixture, rice and remaining ingredients in
individual bowls. Allow guests to serve themselves, layering as
follows: lettuce - crushed crackers/chips - meat mixture - rice -
tomatoes - carrots - onions - olives pepper - celery - cheese - bacon
