22 Cm, 8inch pizza base
or a ready-prepared
base or 200g 8oz
Pizza Base Mix
1 Tablespoon(s) Black olive pate
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 50 g, 2oz can of
anchovies drained
2 Ripe tomatoes, sliced
1/2 Red pepper, de-seeded and
sliced thinly
4 Black olives
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200 øC/400 øF. Place the pizza base
on a lightly oiled baking sheet. If using Pizza Base Mix, make up as
per the instructions of the packet. Mix the olive pate, garlic and
parsley together and spread over the pizza base. Arrange the
remaining ingredients attractively on top of the pizza and bake for 15
