Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Dried peas, soaked
20 Ounce(s) Hominy
1 Cup(s) Celery leaves -=OR=-
2 Pinch(s) Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Savoury
16 Cup(s) Water
Directions:
When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest
of the ingredients. Simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm.
