Ingredients:
1 29 oz peach slices
drained
2 Tablespoon(s) Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup(s) Orange juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Margerine, cold but cut into
pieces
1/3 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup(s) Corn flake crumbs
1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
Arrange peach slices in bottom of dish. In a small bowl, combine
granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches; set aside. In
bowl, combine margerine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and
cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes, or
until golden and bubbly. Notes: This is also good served cold, with a
