2 Tablespoon(s) Oil
8 Boneless pork chops
Salt, to taste
2 Teaspoon(s) Coarsely ground black pepper
2/3 Cup(s) Dry vermouth
1/4 Cup(s) Fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Finely grated lemon zest
Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and
oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over
apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath -- and don't play ball in the house.
