Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Garlic, peeled & minced
1 Tablespoon(s) Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
2/3 Cup(s) Tomatoes
1 Quart(s) stock
Pepper
Croutons
Directions:
Combine garlic & onion in a bowl. Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic
& onion & saute till soft. Do not brown. Add chopped tomatoes & stir
in well. After a few minutes, stir in stock & pepper. Simmer for 15
