Ingredients:
2 Eggs, or 4 egg whites
3/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/2 Cup(s) Applesauce
2 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Mashed banana & 1/2 C low, Mashed banana & 1/2 C low
sugar marmalade
sugar strawberry
preserves
1 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh blueberries
1 1/2 Cup(s) Apples, chopped granny smith
1 Cup(s) Banana & 1/2 C mandarin, Banana & 1/2 C mandarin

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, set
aside. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl, add dry ingredsients, mix
until just blended, add fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick
