Ingredients:
50 Gram(s) Butter, 2oz
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Schwartz Garlic Granules
1 Teaspoon(s) Schwartz Sage
1 Teaspoon(s) Schwartz Thyme
100 Gram(s) Celery, chopped 4oz
1/2 Eating apple, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
250 Gram(s) Fresh breadcrumbs, 9oz
150 Chicken stock, 1/4 pint
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 200oC, 400oF, Gas Mark 6. Melt the butter in a
large frying pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add
the herbs, spices celery and apple. Season to taste. Fry for a further
2-3 minutes. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook for 1 minute before
adding the stock. Mix well. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish or
make into stuffing balls and bake for 20-25 minutes, or use to stuff
