Ingredients:
4 Cup(s) Thinly sliced apples
1/2 Cup(s) Frozen raspberries or
Cranberries
1/3 Cup(s) Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup(s) Milk
1/2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Each nutmeg and salt
2 Tablespoon(s) Packed brown sugar
Directions:
In bowl, toss apples and raspberries with half of the granulated
sugar; spread evenly in greased 10 inch pie plate. In separate bowl,
whisk together remaining granulated sugar, eggs, milk, flour, vanilla,
nutmeg and salt until smooth; pour over fruit. Bake in 350øF oven for
about 40 minutes or until puffed and set. Sprinkle with brown sugar;
broil for about 3 minutes or until dark golden. Serve warm. Makes 6
