Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) Flour
4 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Salad oil
3 Cup(s) 4 apples, chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) SODA
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1 Cup(s) Ch. walnuts
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs well, add sugar and oil and beat. Add
flour mixture, vanilla, apples & nuts. Mix well. Spray bundt pan with
Pam. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Or cook 50 min.
Convection Bake Cool in pan 10 minutes. I use 4 apples. GLAZE: 1 stick
of oleo. 2 tsp. of milk 3. 1/2 cup light brown sugar Combine above and
