Ingredients:
18 Cup(s) Apple pulp
1 Cup(s) Apple cider vinegar
8 Cup(s) Sugar, if apples are tart
Less if apples are sweet
4 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon, or more if needed
Directions:
Quarter apples and cook until mushy. Put through colander or food
mill until you get 18 cups of pulp. Put all ingredients in saucepot
and cook on medium for 3-4 hours, or til thickened, stirring
frequently. Put in jars and seal immediately. Recipe By : Dave
