Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, softened
1/2 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup(s) Apple Butter
1 Egg, large
2/3 Cup(s) Flour, unbleached
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Oats, Quick Cooking Rolled
1 Cup(s) Coconut, flaked
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; blend in apple butter and egg. Stir flour
with soda, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in
oats and coconut. Spread in greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan. Bake
at 350 degrees F. about 20 minuts. If desired, sift powdered sugar
over top while still warm; cool. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars. From
