Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, soft
1 Cup(s) Grated cheddar cheese, at
room temp
2 Tablespoon(s) Brandy or sherry
1 Size apple, Granny Smith
Or the like), Or the like
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried basil
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried oregano
Directions:
Combine the cheeses, and brandy. Beat till smooth. Peel, core, and
grate the apple into the bowl. Sprinkle w/ the pepper and the herbs.
Stir till combined. Spoon into a bowl (or crock), cover, and chill
