Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup(s) APPLE & CINNAMON, APPLE & CINNAMON
MALT-O-MEAL uncooked
1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup(s) Buttermilk or sour milk*
1/2 Cup(s) Applesauce
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
Directions:
Heat griddle to 375° F. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, cereal,
sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix well. Add
remaining ingredients, stir until moistened and batter is smooth. For
each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Bake about 1
minute; turn and continue baking about 1 minute more. YIELD: 16 4-inch
pancakes One and one-half tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar plus milk
to equal 1 1/2 cups can be substituted for buttermilk. Posted to
