Spiced Yogurt Dipping sauce

1 Mcintosh apple, cored and
3/4 Cup(s) No-sugar-added applesauce
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
4 Flour tortillas, 6 inch
1/4 Cup(s) 1 ounce shredded reduced-
fat Cheddar cheese
Non stick cooking spray
1/2 Cup(s) Vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 Tablespoon(s) No-sugar added applesauce
Dash ground cinnamon
Prepare Special Yogurt Dipping Sauce. Set aside. Combine apple,
applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl; mix well. Spoon half of apple
mixture onto tortilla; sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with
another tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas and apple mixture.
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat
until hot. Cook quesadillas, one at a time, about 2 minutes on each
side or until golden brown. Cut each quesadilla into four wedges.
Serve with Spiced Yogurt Dipping Sauce. DIPPING SAUCE: Combine
yogurt, applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl, mix well. Refrigerate
