Ingredients:
4 Granny Smith apples, up TO
6
8 Graham cracker squares, 2
1/2" ea
3/4 Cup(s) Brn. sugar
1/2 Cup(s) Rolled oats, oatmeal
1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Allspice or nutmeg
1/2 Cup(s) Butter or marg., melted
Directions:
Prepare enough apple slices to fill 8" microwavable dish 3/4 full.
Finely chop graham crackers. Stir together crumbs, sugar, oats, flour
and spices. Add butter; mix well. Spoon mixture over apple slices.
Microwave on High 12-15 min. or until apples are tender, turning dish
after 6 min. Cool slightly. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Oven variation: Preheat oven to 350' ; bake for 30-35 min. or until
