Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Butter
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Egg, well beaten
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sifted flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1 Cup(s) Walnuts, chopped
1 Cup(s) Raisins
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Allspice
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/2 Cup(s) Cold Coffee
1 Cup(s) Apple, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add egg. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately
with liquid. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Turn in well greased
and floured 11 x 7 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
Cool thoroughly in pan. Keeps well and improves. busted by sooz
