Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Egg substitute or 1 lg. egg
3/4 Cup(s) Water
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Canola oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Hazelnut extract or almond
EXTRACT
1/3 Cup(s) Rye flour
2 2/3 Cup(s) Bread flour
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Grated nutmeg
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
3 Tablespoon(s) Nonfat dry milk
1 Teaspoon(s) Yeast
1/2 Cup(s) Apple nuggets
Demerara sugar
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except for filling and topping, into bread
machine, and process on dough cycle. Remove dough onto a floured
board, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes. Roll out dough into a
rectangle, sprinkle apple nuggets on top, and roll back up into a
loaf. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Just before baking, slash
with a lame, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle demerara sugar on
top. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn out onto a
