Ingredients:
2 Sweet red apples, eighth
cored
And sliced into 1/4" pieces, And sliced into 1/4" pieces
Juice of one lemon
1/4 Cup(s) Pineapple juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Chiffonade fresh mint
1 Pinch(s) Salt
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together. Mix well.
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with the "Crawfish And Goat's
Cheese-Stuffed Leg Of Lamb With Rosemary Jus" (the recipe for which is
